That is how I feel about my son as well. Before I became a dad, I was not around kids alot, and I was actually a bit reluctant to have a child. But it is the greatest thing in the world, to have someone love you like a child does. I consider myself extremely lucky to have a wonderful son that love me and that I love.
A good friends parents saw me interact with my son, and my friends
mom said (about me): "He will never love any woman like he loves
his son."
And I think that is true. As a parent, you will love your child
more than anything in the world.
Beautiful - brought tears to my eyes. After spending a very LONG weekend with my one of my 5 month olds sick and camped out on either myself or my husband the entire time, it took every ounce of will that I have to get up and leave her this morning to go to work.
