I tried this on one of my colleagues today and she fell for it, oh how i laugh...

I have created 2 step by step guides for one of my business partners.

The first guide is for VMWare Server install, with screen shots.

Second guide shows deploying a new virtual machine on Ubuntu operating system.

I am sure you guys know how to do this already, but might be useful to forward it on to your customers to save you the trouble.

(but of course, they might end up making the same mistakes or bad practice as I did)

2 licensing models, authorised user and per form page:

Authorised user

single individual, machine, program, or device with a specific identity within and outside of your company, anything that touches Lotus Forms

Id is unique, so 1 id per authorised user

Single id can establish multiple connections to Lotus Forms and still count as a single user

 

Per form page

A form page equals the amount of content of a standard a4 paper page (standard paper page)

3 wizard pages equals 1 standard paper page

Per form page license to be acquired in units of 25 form pages

No restriction on the number of users, but no more than the acquired number of form pages must be used concurrently

Eg.

1 form consists of 25 form pages, with a 25 per form page license, an unlimited number of users may access the form.  Users will not be entitled to access any other forms

10 forms consists of 5 form pages each, with a 25 per form page license, an unlimited number of users may access 5 of the forms.  Users will not be entitled to access any other forms
