Forum opening was for Leonid Altukhov. Its main idea  was the Mental potential of employees - the main engine of innovations in the company.

I remained in the big hall "Theatre" where there took place session of Technology Lotus Notes/Domino, the expanded possibilities of collective operation and integration.

Andrey Akulov has visually enough opened a theme about new possibilities Lotus Notes/Domino 8.0.1 it My Widgets, Live Text and other unique technologies, and also has not forgotten to mention about that break that has been made at transition from versions 7 on 8.

Here the theme interesting in my opinion was for Maxim Prokofiev Unifitsirovannaja a platform for communications and collective operation - IBM Unified Communications and Collaboration platform (UC2). The integrated possibilities of a telephony, audio and video with functions of collective dialogue, instant messaging, group chats and on-line web-conferences on the basis of technologies Lotus Sametime just that that is necessary for rise of efficiency of the organisation and growth of productivity of operation of employees in collective.

The theme about IBM Lotus Quickr was for Oscar Lejfera, the manager on development of business of IBM WebSphere Portal and Web 2.0. It on living examples of show of the organisation of virtual working space and providing of access to the information and resources for performance of the tasks put before design group.

25 сентября в Москве прошел 11-й Ежегодный  Lotus Forum IBM.

Поездка длится уже 4-й день и это заключительное мероприятие в моей программе, но зато какое. В программе более 25 презентаций, на различные темы, а докладчики какие: Леонид Алтухов, директор по продажам ПО, IBM EE/A, Василий Демин, ведущий специалист по решениям IBM Lotus, отдел ПО, IBM EE/A, Андрей Акулов, специалист по решениям IBM Lotus, отдел ПО, IBM EE/A, Уффе Соренсен, директор по технологиям IBM Lotus, SWG, IBM и еще многих не назвал, простите. В мероприятии приняли участие более 400 человек – руководители предприятий, ИТ-менеджеры, технические специалисты.

Открытие Форума было за Леонидом Алтуховым. Главной идеей его “спитча” было Интеллектуальный потенциал сотрудников - главный двигатель инноваций в компании.

Про стратегии IBM в области развития программного обеспечения IBM Lotus поведал Уффе Соренсен. Уффе отметил “Движущая сила это коллективная работа, люди создают идеи и задача IBM дать более гибкую возможность внести каждому свой вклад в сообщество!".

Выступления проходили в рамках параллельных сессий, посвященных стратегии развития программного обеспечения, технологическим новинкам, внедрению проектов и решений.

Я остался в большом зале “Театр”, где проходила сессия Технологии Lotus Notes/Domino, расширенные возможности коллективной работы и интеграции.

Андрей Акулов довольно наглядно раскрыл тему про новые возможности Lotus Notes/Domino 8.0.1 это My Widgets, Live Text и другие уникальные технологии, а также не забыл упомянуть про тот прорыв, что был совершен при переходе с версий 7 на 8.

Вот интересная на мой взгляд тема была у Максима Прокофьева Унифицированная платформа для коммуникаций и коллективной работы - IBM Unified Communications & Collaboration platform (UC2). Интегрированные возможности телефонии, аудио и видео с функциями коллективного общения, мгновенного обмена сообщениями, групповыми чатами и онлайновыми web-конференциями на основе технологий Lotus Sametime как раз то что нужно для повышения эффективности организации и роста производительности работы сотрудников в коллективе.

Тема про IBM Lotus Quickr была у Оскара Лейфера, менеджера по развитию бизнеса IBM WebSphere Portal & Web 2.0. Он на живых примерах показа организации виртуального рабочего пространства и обеспечение доступа к информации и ресурсам для выполнения задач, поставленных перед проектной группой.

Вот про интеграционные возможности программного обеспечения IBM Lotus Василий Демин рассказывал много и основательно, доходчиво объяснил что такое машапы, эклипсы, экспидиторы, копозитные приложения наконец виджеты и как они могут работать для пользы дела.

Заключительным презентером был Оскар Лейфер. Я отметил для себя, что IBM Lotus Foundations это простая в инсталляции и обслуживании, автономная программная система на платформе Linux. Является хорошей платформой для небольших компаний (до 500 человек), которые не имееют собственных ИТ-специалистов.

Вечернее чаепитие и розыгрыш призов в Конгресс-холле оставлю за кадром :)

To take part in similar actions I consider as invaluable and unique experience. The latest news from vendors and partners, informal dialogue in a lobby with experts of IBM, here that that at least time in a year is necessary for the usual expert for perfection of the professional knowledge and abilities.

The company “ABBYY Ukraine” has continued a series of exhibitions. It has spent 16.09.08 DOCFLOW Ukraine in which frames solutions from IBM partners in document circulation and office-work sphere have been considered. (In more details). Leading experts of IBM from Europe, Americas and also the Russian representation of IBM that was mirrored in quantity of participants of an order of 300 persons in my opinion have been invited. The official part has started introductory Igor Pastushenko's word. He has marked the big role of innovations in a modern life of mankind and as IBM participates in such programs.
Further Charles-Erik Stenfors has exacted a promise, its presentation has been grounded on the deep analysis made IBMом opening, technologies and also for the future IBM and its plans for development IT – technologies.
Oksana Brown has made the announcement of a new generation of systems of data storage of an average level. Further operation was divided into three sessions: a red hall “Optimization and integration IT – resources”, the Dark blue hall “the Strategy and IBM innovations in software sphere”, and big the conference to a hall has been organised Business – session.

My choice has been initially defined as in a greater degree I am engaged in the software. Therefore sessions in a dark blue hall has been entirely heard by me with a great interest. Special attention I wish to mark two themes of session: one of them of Solution Cognos for handle of corporate efficiency and the second Implantation of solution of company SI BIS in bank "НАДРА" for handle of a firm support service (HelpDesk). And already on the presentation termination, in a lobby, communicated with Oleg Jaremenko the manager of projects of company SI BIS. Certainly he has assured that experience of implantation HelpDeskа is stored already enough and all research, design operations spend easily, fast and on any available the equipment or on IBM equipment. And implantation time, starting from task setting makes from 2х to 4х weeks, depending on an infrastructure of the customer. The example of Nadra Bank is very indicative, territorially distributed branches across all Ukraine (700 separations) with head office and the finite equipment (a server, tools, group of support of the first and second lines) at centre. Each user of system has a unique name (identification record) in system under which can register the demand for a corporate portal of bank. During passing of all cycles of performance of the demand the user can inspect a state of the demand at all stages. And nearly has not forgotten to specify that all is the bar of products Tivoli Service Request Manager.
Time of performances has passed instantly, organizers suited a buffet in фае expocentre, on hall centre the scene has been erected where to pleasure of all visitors the jazz-bend collective was arranged, pleasing with the compositions. It is a pity, but put IBM it was completed, forwards to new impressions on Lotus Forum 2008 in Moscow!

Принимать участие в подобных мероприятиях считаю бесценным и уникальным опытом. Последние новости от вендоров и партнеров, неформальное общение в кулуарах с специалистами IBM, вот то самое что хотя бы раз в году необходимо обычному специалисту для совершенствования своих профессиональных знаний и умений.

В этом году очень удачно складываются графики мероприятий. Начало сентября порадовало визитом IBMеров в г. Запорожье, где они провели ряд презентаций по основным направлениям: железо, системы хранения данных а также программное обеспечение. Продолжила серию выставок компания “ABBYY Украина”. Она провела 16.09.08 DOCFLOW Украина, в рамках которой были рассмотрены решения от партнеров IBM в сфере документооборота и делопроизводства. (более подробно).

Технологический форум IBM: будущее за  инновациями.

Дальше больше. 23.09.08. уже IBM в Украине провела Технологический форум будущее за  инновациями. Были приглашены ведущие специалисты IBM из Европы, Америки а также российского представительства IBM, что отразилось на количестве участников порядка 300 человек на мой взгляд.

Киев встретил “нелетной погодой”,  дождь, ветер и осенняя прохлада характерная концу октября никак не придавала

энтузиазма. Место проведения форума было выбрано очень удачно. Это выставочный центр “АККО Инт.” в парке пушкина. По соседству с киностудией “Довженка” и киевским зоопарком. Эх если бы погода не подкачала.

Регистрация и обязательное вручение небольших подарков, а также брошюрок организовано на высшем уровне. До официального открытия оставалось немного времени, поэтому удалось рассмотреть участников, среди них были: Игорь Пастушенко ген.директор IBM Украина, Arnaud Timarche EMEA ATS PSSC Infrastructure Solutions Manager, Marc Bouzigues Project Manager & Engagement Leader IBM, Karl-Eric Stenfors експерт System z Product Introduction Centre, Milan Otajovich High-End DiskSystem, Mike Von Borsig Executive Consultant ITO Competency Leader, Оксана Браун менеджер по развитию бизнеса LSI Logic Gmbh, Сергей Каплун представитель департамента корпоративных систем, Илья Крутов System x Brand Manager IBM, Виктория Вайнике WebSphere Sales Representative IBM Украина, Олександр Данько специалист отдела программного обеспечения IBM Украина, Олег Савосто Lotus Sales специалист IBM Украина. Официальная часть началась вступительный словом Игоря Пастушенко. Он отметил большую роль инноваций в современной жизни человечества и как IBM участвует в таких программах. Далее взял слово Карл-Ерик Стенфорс, его презентация была основана на глубоком анализе сделанных IBMом открытий, технологий а также у будущем IBM и его планах развития IT – технологий. Оксана Браун сделала анонс нового поколения систем хранения данных среднего уровня. Далее действие разделилось на три сессии: красный зал “Оптимизация и интеграция IT – ресурсов”, Синий зал “Стратегия и инновации IBM в сфере программного обеспечения”, и  большом конференц зале была организована Бизнес – сессия.

Мой выбор был изначально определен так как в большей степени занимаюсь программным обеспечением. Поэтому сессий в синем зале целиком и полностью была прослушана мною с большим интересом. Особое внимание хочу отметить две темы сессии: одна из них Решения Cognos для управления корпоративной эффективностью и вторая Внедрение решения компании SI BIS в банке “НАДРА” для управления службой поддержки предприятия (HelpDesk). И уже по окончанию презентации, в кулуарах, общался с Олегом Яременко менеджером проектов компании  SI BIS. Конечно же он заверил что опыта внедрения  HelpDeskа накоплено уже достаточно и все исследовательские, проектные работы проводят легко, быстро и на любом имеющимся оборудовании или на оборудовании IBM. А время внедрения, начиная от постановки задачи составляет от 2х до 4х недель, в зависимости от инфраструктуры заказчика. Пример Надра Банк очень показателен, территориально распределенные филиалы по всей Украине (700 отделений) с головным офисом и конечным оборудованием (сервера, сервисы, группа поддержки первой и второй линий) в центре. Каждый пользователь системы имеет уникальное имя(идентификационную запись) в системе, под которой может зарегистрировать заявку на корпоративном портале банка. Во время прохождения всех циклов выполнения заявки пользователь может контролировать состояние заявки на всех этапах. И чуть не забыл уточнить, что все это линейка продуктов Tivoli Service Request Manager.

Время выступлений прошло моментально, организаторы устроили шведский стол в фае экспоцентра, по центру зала была возведена сцена где к радости всех посетителей устроился джаз-бенд коллектив, радуя своими композициями.

Жаль, но день IBM закончился, вперед к новым впечатления на Lotus Forum 2008 в Москве!

A series of presentations and forums of the largest representatives of the IT industry to sphere СЕД (System of electronic document circulation) in Ukraine proceeds. This time in Kiev the largest players of systems of document circulation of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus, within the limits of exhibition Docflow of Ukraine 2008 were gathered.

At first sight organizers have overdone with safety. On approaches to a registration rack the tight ring drew up security service. The second stage of check necessary careful studying of contents of bags of visitors of an exhibition, checked even photoequipment. On it I will complete perhaps - safety first of all!

Registration.

About an exhibition has learnt for couple of weeks and has immediately registered on a site. Likely my haste also has affected that fact. That in the list invited I have not appeared, in difference from other program in which was registered the day before. It was necessary to fill the questionnaire of the participant...

The map I Will pass to the operation passing on Docflow. So, for itself has selected a direction "System of electronic document circulation" which passed in a hall №1 on the third floor of expocentre of the Ukrainian house that on the European square in five minutes from the Supreme Rada and the Cabinet of Ukraine. The opening address was for the representative "ABBY Ukraine", Michael Bajrak - the head has selected with corporate projects three main directions: Carrying out Docflow of Ukrina 2008, and it: popularisation of handle electronic document circulation , benefits usage of modern technologies in this sphere, and creations of tribunes ЕСМ for business dealing. The subsequent orators represented the products and solutions. More in detail. "ЕМС" has presented revolutionary possibilities of conducting electronic document circulation, "Letograf" in the name of Romanov Andrey has emphasised on successful implantations of the system in the state structures of republic Kazakhstan. "RG-DATA" and Igor Kaduchenko have spent the browse of new functionality of platform Optima-Workflow.

Further my interest has switched to other section "Successful projects". Two presentations have in sight got. Microsoft has presented automation business of processes of banks on platform Megapolils. DocNet. The manager of projects of department of systems of document circulation of "Softlajn" has described Dmitry Kostjukevich and has shown Megapolis. DocNet in all beauty and as like it to do in Microsoft.:) unfortunately time taken away for questions and answers has been settled, and especially wishing, it was necessary to pass to the stand of the company for detailed studying of a product.
Has picked up relay race Andrey Romanov the deputy director on Open Company "Летограф" consulting. It has in detail enough described successful introduction of systems in authorities. The majority of them were in republic Kazakhstan. Distinctive feature of the given system is maintenance of storehouses very much great volume, figures were resulted an order of the information of 5-10 terabyte. After has returned to the first hall with systems of electronic document circulation. Have continued the presentations of "Bankomsvjaz", "InfoPljus", "Intertrast" and "Intersoft". All of them are united by use as platform IBM Lotus Domino.

Reports were interesting and entertaining. Company "Интертраст" - the largest player in the Russian market, and their product "CompanyMedia" for the organisations from small before large business was remembered. For today, on assurances of the deputy the chief of department of introduction of Edward Mihajlova, company "Интертраст" only begins the presence in Ukraine. Interesting enough presentation has developed at "InterSoft". Alexander Dovgal has in detail considered and on examples has answered such questions: What for it is necessary СЭД (System of electronic document circulation) That gives СЭД, Effect of introduction СЭД That it is necessary to automate and how to reach the maximum effect from introduction СЭД. In east region, under Alexander's statement, almost all large organisations and state structures use system of document circulation ITS Office in the work. Frankly speaking, this presentation has caused a particular interest in me, therefore after its termination has gone down to a demo to company "Интерсофт" stand where I managed to communicate to its representatives who have kindly given a demo the system version, electronic materials and presentations.

the image summing up, I can tell that as a whole is happy with conference. On the questions in the field of systems of document circulation and office-work has found irrefragable answers. In a year with impatience I wait for following DOCFLOW Ukraine!

Продолжается серия презентаций и форумов крупнейших представителей IT-индустрии сфере СЕД в Украине. На этот раз в Киеве собрались крупнейшие игроки систем документооборота Украины, России и Белоруссии, в рамках выставки Docflow Украины 2008.

На первый взгляд организаторы перестарались с безопасностью. На подступах к регистрационной стойке плотным кольцом выстроилась служба безопасности.

Рамки и металлодетекторы 100% улавливали малейшее присутствие металлических изделий начиная с очков в металлической оправе и заканчивая «фальгованой» упаковкой жевательной резинки :) вторым этапом проверки следовало тщательное изучение содержимого сумок посетителей выставки, проверялась даже фотоаппаратура. На этом закончу пожалуй - безопасность прежде всего!

Регистрация.

О выставке узнал за пару недель и незамедлительно зарегистрировался на сайте. Наверно моя поспешность и сказалась на том факте. что в списке приглашенных меня не оказалось, в отличии от другой программы в которой регистрировался накануне. Пришлось заполнять анкету участника...

Перейду к самому действию проходившему на Docflow. Итак, для себя выбрал направление "Системы электронного документооборота", которое проходило в зале №1 на третьем этаже выставочного комплекса Украинского дома, что на Европейской площади в пяти минутах от Верховной Рады и Кабинета министров Украины. Вступительное слово было за представителем "ABBY Украина", Михаил Байрак - руководитель корпоративными проектами выделил три основных направления:

проведения Docflow Укрина 2008, а это: популяризация управления электронного документаоборота, выгоды использование современных технологий в этой сфере, и создания трибун ЕСМ для ведения бизнеса.

Последующие ораторы представляли свои продукты и решения.

«ЕМС» представила революционные возможности ведения электронного документооборота,

"Летограф" в лице Романова Андрея сделал акцент на успешные внедрения своей системы в государственных структурах республики Казахстан.

«RG-DATA» и Игорь Кадученко провели обзор новых функциональных возможностей платформы Optima-Workflow.

Далее мой интерес переключился на другую секцию "Успешные проекты". В поле зрения попали две презентации. Microsoft представила автоматизацию бизнес процессов банков на платформе Megapolils.DocNet. Дмитрий Костюкевич менеджер проектов департамента систем документооборота «Софтлайн» описал и продемонстрировал Megapolis.DocNet во всей красе и как любят это делать в Microsoft. :) к сожалению время отведенное для вопросов и ответов было исчерпано, а особо желающим, пришлось пройти к стенду компании для детального изучения продукта.

Подхватил эстафету Андрей Романов заместитель директора по консалтингу ООО «Летограф». Он довольно подробно описал успешное внедрение систем в органах власти. Большинство из них были в республике Казахстан. Отличительной особенностью данной системы является поддержание хранилищ очень большого объема, цифры приводились порядка 5-10 терабайт информации.

После вернулся в первый зал с системами электронного документооборота. Продолжили свои презентации «Банкомсвязь», «ИнфоПлюс», «Интертраст» и «Интерсофт».

Их всех объединяет использование в качестве платформы IBM Lotus Domino. Доклады были интересными и занимательными. Запомнилась компания «Интертраст» - крупнейший игрок на Российском рынке, и их продукт "CompanyMedia" для организаций от малого до крупного бизнеса. На сегодняшний момент, по заверениям зам.начальника отдела внедрения Эдуарда Михайлова, компания «Интертраст» только начинает свое присутствие на Украине.

Довольно интересная презентация сложилась у «ИнтерСофт». Александр Довгаль подробно рассмотрел и на примерах ответил на такие вопросы: Зачем нужен СЭД, Что дает СЭД, Эффект внедрения СЭД, Что нужно автоматизировать и как достичь максимального эффекта от внедрения СЭД. В восточном регионе , по утверждению Александра, практически все крупные организации и государственные органы используют в своей работе систему документооборота ITS Office. Откровенно говоря, эта презентация у меня вызвала особый интерес, поэтому после ее окончания спустился к демо стенду компании «Интерсофт», где мне удалось пообщаться с ее представителями, которые любезно предоставили демо версию системы, электронные материалы и презентации.

Подводя итог, могу сказать что в целом конференцией доволен. На свои вопросы в области систем документооборота и делопроизводства нашел исчерпывающие ответы.

Через год с нетерпением жду следующего DOCFLOW Украина!
