Lotus Notes Meeting Cancelled Automatically ???

 Hello,

 

I need you help and experience.

 

One of my users, when she creates meetings, everything is fine, mails are sent to people who are invited etc..

Once we passed the meeting date ( for exemple 2 days afters )

Everyone is receiving " FirstName LastName has cancelled this meeting"

 

The user said she did nothing ( yes it´s a girl so we are not sure lol ) but we did two tests actually and she is overseas so ...

 

She is using 6.5.3 ( Maybe it can help )

 

Any ideas ?

Doesn't she has some kind of synchronizing option with mobile or so? It looks like it gets deleted after meeting and sent cancel note.

one info is missing: is the calendar entry still in the users mailfile?
if not i would persume the same like martin: check her sync software and make sure that calendar deletions from the phone won't be transfered to notes...

Hello Martin !

I just got the info !!
She does have an HP iPaq sync'd using mNotes !!
