A tag is a keyword that is used to categorize an entry. To view the entries with a particular tag, click a tag name or enter a tag in the box.
The tag cloud indicates the frequency of tag use. Popular tags appear darkest. The slider control adjusts how many tags are displayed in the tag cloud.
1 Roland Reddekop Permalink I generally search the forums first and if I don't find a solution I open a PMR with Lotus Support.
I don't have the URL bookmarked but just go to /support
e.g. www.lotus.com/support
And from here look for "Open Service Request", but before you click
on it, you might want to search through the technotes listed there
to see if its a known issue.
2 Roland Reddekop Permalink More...sorry missed that line where you said, "It seems I don't have the rights to open a Service request.".
There's really no point in paying for a PA agreement if you can't
do this. Its probably that your IBM ID is not linked to your PA
account properly. I set mine up 5+ years ago so don't remember how
sorry. Maybe PA customer service can help.
3 Jan Schulz Permalink ok, added our normal IBM ID to the Service Request System and I'm now waitng for someone at IBM to clear it (couldn't do it myself - seems that the first ID needs to be done by IBM). Lets see what happens...
Thanks for the comment!
