Thanks Chris for the link, not that I should have to obtain this info through my whiny blog posting. I do recall reading G. Davis and thinking I'd have to check it out, then later when I went to the Fixlist on LDD (a 5 year habit), there was nothing there. The locus of my post was that there needs to be a consistent place to post fixes for products. IBM needs to understand that we are all creatures of habit and their massive website would be easier to navigate if they maintain some consistency in organization.
