Quick InfoCenter Tips

Wanted to pass along two quick InfoCenter tips...

  1. When you're searching the Connections InfoCenter, make sure that you hover over the search results links prior to clicking them. This will let you know the version of Connections that the result will take you to (actually, it's the main topic that the results are under - which corresponds to the version in this case and is extremely helpful):



    The same goes for the Quickr InfoCenter. Unfortunately, there is not a main topic in the contents that corresponds to Quickr Services for Portal or for Domino. So after you click the link, you'll need to look at the top of the document to see if the documentation is for Portal or Domino.

  2. When forwarding someone a link to an InfoCenter document, don't just copy the address that's in the address bar. This is the link to the main InfoCenter page. Instead, copy the shortcut from the search results or view the frame info and copy the address from there.

Tags

A tag is a keyword that is used to categorize an entry. To view the entries with a particular tag, click a tag name or enter a tag in the box.
The tag cloud indicates the frequency of tag use. Popular tags appear darkest. The slider control adjusts how many tags are displayed in the tag cloud.
