Yes I have.

 
I don't remember exact steps but there were two changes I had to make
 
1) Remove Key File Name from SSL Options on the Web Site config (since I didn't have one).
 
2) Run the web service locally and accept the SSL certificate

To be more specific:

 
The webservice I want to consume is the cisco webdialer.
On the client it works fine. Just accepting the certificate once and it runs.
But I have to run it on the server. So I can build a widget for dialing.
 
Using the webdialer page in a widget didn't work. I was not able to
create the widget.
