Today a customer called with a strange errormessage: Can't find view.
The user tried to open his calendar.

When I opened the mailbox with my admin client, everything looked fine. So I fired some updall/compact/fixup tasks against the mailbox.
When I called the customer and switched to his desktop, the error still existed.
2 Weeks ago I had this strange error where some users couldn't open their mailboxes. So I deleted the colorprofile, inotesprofile, inotesviewprofile and the calendarprofile.
The error was still there.
Next I deleted the cache.ndk file. And when I tried to compact the workspace... No Workspace... The "Open" list was crippled, only 3 or 4 entries and NO WORKSPACE.
After getting the correct bookmark.ntf, which was missing in the data directory, removing the existing bookmark.nsf and restarting the notesclient, everything works fine.

Now I'm waiting for customers feedback. He's testing it for a couple of days.....
